Everybody looks cooking out in the summertime with the delicious smell of grilled burgers, steaks, all-american hotfogs and veggies.  Cook-outs are just inherently care-free and fun. 

Let Chef Valerie help you with your summer cook-out event. You can ire grill cook to work the grill or you can DYI it and Chef Valerie can provide your sides. 

It's all about doing it your way.

Cookout Options and Sample Menu

Onsite Grill Cook

A grill cook will work the grill station to free up the host to entertain guests and enjoy company. Items can be grilled to order or have an ongoing working grill with a rotation of enrees being grilled throu out the cookout party.
